(Of course, the best way to prevent data loss is a solid backup strategy. External USB hard drives are very cheap these days, and many come with backup software.) Over the past decades we have helped literally hundreds of people recover data. Most recovery process attempts ( 80-90%) are successful. We have decades of experience recovering and rebuilding hard drives and we use a class 100 clean space if the drive needs to be opened.
All of our data recovery projects start with a situation analysis. In that time we determine the extent of the data loss and if recovery is possible. We will then provide you with a time and materials estimate for the completion of your data recovery.
If recovery phase of the project will take longer than 8 hours we provide an estimate of the cost to complete the data recovery before we continue.
We can place the recovered information on just about any media that is needed such as a new hard disk drive, another computer, CD, DVD, a Zip or Jaz drive or USB disk.
We usually start the data recovery process as soon as we have your disk. Often recovery can be completed within a one to three days once all the components to repair your drive have been located.
